To make this event truly successful for everyone involved, we ask that all participating vendors actively help promote it. Salon Renew will be sharing the event across our social platforms and throughout the salon, and we’ll tag your business so you can easily reshare. Your participation in spreading the word is essential and greatly appreciated, it helps ensure a strong turnout and a fantastic experience for all.

To secure your spot at the event, a vendor fee is required. The fee is $50 through the end of February and increases to $75 starting March 1st. This payment reserves a 10x10 space for your business at the event. Please note that the fee is non‑refundable; however, if inclement weather requires us to reschedule, your payment will automatically transfer to the new event date.
I understand I am required to submit a fee for the event, and I need to provide all vendor set up within the 10x10 space.*
Once your form is submitted, our team will review your application to ensure a great fit for the event. You’ll hear from us either way. If you’re accepted as a vendor, we’ll email you an invoice for the vendor fee, and your space will be officially secured as soon as payment is received.
